• Content Creation: Conceptualized, shot, and edited the most engaged Instagram posts in company history, with over 196,000 and 149,000 "Likes," respectively.
• Growth: Grew Instagram follower count by 515,000 in 2019 and 173,000 in 2020. Grew TikTok follower count by 115,000 in 2020.
• Influencer Marketing: Strategically selected and fostered relationships with influencers for #PuraVidaGoesGlobal social campaigns and Pura Vida events.
• Marketing Campaigns: Crafted 360° marketing campaigns in collaboration with design, production, events, and sales teams for Influencer Pack Collaborations and key collection launches.
• Production and Execution: Produced and captured behind-the-scenes content for Pura Vida x Charli D’Amelio and Pura Vida’s summer 2021 collection shoot in Hawaii.
• Brand Partnerships: Initiated and brokered co-branded collaborations with 55+ brand partners.
• Copywriting: Created a consistent brand voice by writing all social campaign copy and product descriptions.

BUILT ROBUST MONTHLY CONTENT CREATOR + SPONSORED INFLUENCER PROGRAM.
• Influencer Marketing: Built and maintained a network of content creators and influencers to create on-brand static and video content that was used for all marketing purposes. Managed monthly budget.
• Content Strategy: Strategically identified sponsored influencers for campaigns leading to 27.7k follower growth (900% lift) and 1.2 million content likes on TikTok.
• Social Media Strategy: Led the creation and execution of content strategies across all social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube, to increase followers and drive engagement.
• Agency Partnerships: On-boarded and managed three agency partners responsible for generating organic and paid content and securing top-tier talent, including Zane Hijazi, Jeff Wittek, and Too Turnt Tony.
